A few minutes after the Senators left, Biden announced to the press, that he will not sign it unless he gets $3-5 trillion more in a separate bill. The duplicity of Biden and the Democrats was revealed by Biden himself. On Saturday, Biden reversed himself again.
2. The entire world now knows that President Biden’s cognitive abilities are slipping rapidly. His press conference on Thursday was most frightening.

Republicans support only the real infrastructure components of the bill, which represent well less than one-half of the spending. The Republicans have offered a $600B plan that is almost all real infrastructure. A compromise now looks possible but radical Democrats are pushing hard for the entire plan. Without Republican votes this plan is dead.

5. President Biden’s overall approval rating in the Rasmussen Poll is 51% and his disapproval rating is 47%.
6. Vaccinations against Covid, with vaccines from Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J, have reached over 265 million doses administered. There have been very few serious reactions to the vaccines in the US.
7. The US economy began a strong recovery last June. The recovery has been V-shaped, and the economy will likely grow by 8% this year or more.
