In-Brief

1. President Biden’s decisions created an unprecedented debacle in Afghanistan, leaving tens of thousands of Americans and Afghans in danger of losing their lives. They are hostages and some will be so for months or longer.
2. President Biden is in dementia and senility. He should resign immediately, or he should be removed using the process outlined in the 25th amendment to the Constitution.
3. Moderate Democrats in the House and Senate are now threatening the passage of both the Infrastructure Bill and the $3.5T reconciliation bill. The Afghanistan catastrophe increases the problem of getting both passed as House and Senate members are unlikely to want to do any favors for President Biden now and these bills would be signature achievements for him.
4. China’s leaders continue to make catastrophic errors in domestic economic policy.
5. The US economic recovery continues to be exceedingly strong. Labor SHORTAGES are widespread. Inflation rises fast.
