In-Brief

• It is now accurate to say that the US economy, at least for the short-run, is in “stagnation,” not “stagflation.” High inflation was caused by the horrible fiscal policies of the Biden administration and the flawed monetary policies of the Federal Reserve. A few weeks ago, the FED continued to raise rates.
• The House Republicans are setting up committees to investigate the politicization and weaponization of the FBI, DOJ, CIA, and other corrupt federal agencies. Expect political fireworks and numerous surprises.
• Speaker MC Carthy has also released thousands of hours of surveillance tapes from the Capitol on January 6, 2021, to Tucker Carlson who will report on them. Expect many liberal lies to be exposed.
• Russia is continuing to lose Putin’s War in Ukraine and its economy is tanking.
• Japan’s commitment to double its defense budget and re-commit to making nuclear power its main source of electricity is an enormous positive for the West.
